We can pull all your building permits, utility permits and do your floor plans, 3-D design plans, and water/sewer /electrical/gas utility permits. We can also help you pull permits, do architectural floor plans, renovations, new construction, or land engineering services.
Research and verify /confirm zoning and buildability for single-family houses, commercial or subdivision. Research and confirm the availability of public water, sewer, electricity, and gas. Confirm building set backs, lot coverage and any building restrictions. Prepare a 100 page construction packet: to include a complete construction budget and materials list. Provide 2-5 different but complete floor plan models with complete architectural and structural floor plans and engineering documents.
12-Month Investment Term. Invest your funds into flip16 investment fund for 12 months and we will
pay you 12-15% percent in ROI interest. At the end of 12 months, you can renew your contract or cancel it and be paid back your principal investment funds in full plus your 12-15% interest rate.
Lets Partner!! You invest the capitol and we will do all the work. At the end of the property flip, you will be refunded your capitol and we will split the net profit as 50/50 partners. Usually takes about 6-7 months. We have flipped over 50 houses and have several partner flips underway as we speak. We love partner flips because it allows us to flip more houses. We co-own the house together. When the house sells, the tile company pays back your initial amount and we then split the profit.
